船舶安全活动日制度
Ship Safe Action Day System
1. 船舶的安全活动日定为每月十五日，如因故不能按时进行，可提前或延后；
Vessel safe action day is 15th every month; if it can't proceed on time then it may ahead of time or delay.
2. 安全活动日由船长安排，并组织领导全船性活动；如无全船性活动，各部门负责人可按
船长的布置组织本部门的安全活动。
Safe action day should be arranged and leaded by captain; if no the whole ship activity, each department manager can press the captain decorate organization this department's safety activities. 3. 轮机长、大副应向船长汇报部门安全活动日的活动情况，并将安全活动日内容记入安全
活动日记录簿。
Chief engineer, chief officer should report to the captain of the sector security activities, which are to be credited to the safety record book.
3.1. 学习有关安全和防污染活动的体系文件及有关信息内容，总结一个月来安全工作的经
验教训，查找事故隐患，研究并落实消除隐患的措施。
Learning about safety and pollution prevention activities system documents and relevant information content, conclude a month to safe work experience, find hidden dangers of accidents, study and implement analyses measures.
3.2. 开展四查（即查思想、查纪律、查制度、查设备），检查各项安全制度的执行情况，
学习推广安全工作的先进经验，表扬好人好事。
Developing fourth check (namely checks thoughts, check discipline, check system, check equipment), check each safety system implementation, learning promotion of the security of the advanced experience; commend good people and good deeds.
3.3. 对各种应变的设备和器材进行操作示范或知识教育以及实物检查。
Doing operation demonstration or knowledge education and physical inspection to all various equipments and materials which for emergency response.
