三、丙二醛含量计算：

由于蔗糖－TBA反应产物的最大吸收波长为450nm，毫摩尔吸收系数为85.4×10－3，MDA－TBA反应产物在532nm的毫摩尔吸收系数分别是7.4×10－3和155×10－3。532nm非特异性吸光值可以600nm波长处的吸光值代表。
